Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

Browse the range, add the vials you need to your bag, and check out. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

We process orders quickly, usually within 72 hours, so email hello@onvaylabs.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it is dispatched.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) along with Apple Pay and PayPal at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
