At Onvay Labs we work to get your order to you quickly, securely, and with full visibility at every step. Every order is processed within 72 hours of purchase. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we send you a tracking email so you can follow its progress in real time.

Next Day Delivery, Weekday (£10.50)

Available on orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1 PM (Monday to Thursday) are dispatched the following business day and delivered the day after. Orders placed on Friday or across the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This excludes the Channel Islands, Jersey, the Isle of Wight, the Highlands, and Belfast.

Next Day Delivery, Weekend (£14.99)

Available on orders placed before 1 PM on Friday, with delivery on Saturday. This excludes the Channel Islands, Jersey, the Highlands, and Belfast.

Standard Shipping (£6.00)

Our standard processing and delivery timeframes apply, typically 3 to 5 business days. Free on every order over £100.

Important Note

Our fulfilment centre is closed on weekends. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday begins processing the following Monday morning.

Packaging

Every order is packed with care so your research peptides reach you intact. Here is how we prepare each shipment:

  • Each vial is set inside a matte laminated box and cushioned with foam.
  • Bubble bags are added for an extra layer of protection.
  • A sturdy cardboard outer box finishes the packaging.
  • We also include reusable protective materials that you are welcome to keep and use again.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link straight away. Use it to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, reach out to our support team at hello@onvaylabs.com and we will look into it with our delivery partners.

Force Majeure & Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched to the address you provided, with a valid tracking number and within the agreed processing window, our responsibility for that shipment is considered fulfilled.

Any delay, loss, damage, misdelivery, or failure to deliver caused by third party carriers, postal services, customs authorities, or other events beyond our reasonable control falls outside our liability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • Keeping an eye on tracking updates.
  • Contacting the courier or postal service directly for any delivery issue once tracking has been issued.

Where reasonable, we will share tracking details and dispatch documentation to help with carrier enquiries, though we cannot guarantee delivery outcomes once a parcel is in the carrier's hands.
